Sourcing, testing, storage, and handling, described plainly.
Testing
This is the standard every batch is held to before release: an independent laboratory assays the lot, and we publish that assay as the lab issues it, against the lot number it applies to. We do not average results across lots, and no figure is published for a batch that has not been tested.
Two things are measured: purity by HPLC, and identity by mass spectrometry. Purity without identity is incomplete, because it tells you the sample is clean without telling you what it is.
Where this stands today: Vantra has not yet released a lot, so no certificate exists to show you and the lab results page is empty. That is why every product page reads "Pending" for purity rather than carrying a number. A supplier that publishes a figure before the assay exists is describing an intention, not a measurement, and this page is not going to do that about itself.
Sourcing
Compounds are sourced from synthesis partners who supply a batch record with the material. Where a supplier cannot provide traceable batch documentation, we do not list the compound. This is the reason our catalogue is short.
Storage and handling
Lyophilised peptides are held at -20 °C for long term storage. In this form they tolerate ambient transit, which is why shipping does not require a cold pack for most compounds. Light sensitive material, such as copper complexes, is stored and shipped protected from light.
Once a vial is reconstituted the requirements change. Solutions are refrigerated, protected from light, and dated against the lot number.
Packaging
Vials ship sealed, cushioned against impact, in packaging that does not describe the contents on the outside. The batch record travels with the order.
Chain of custody
Each order records the lot shipped against the order number, so we can always tell you exactly which batch you received. Once that lot’s assay is published, the certificate for it is the one you will be handed.
What we do not claim
Vantra holds no pharmaceutical manufacturing licence and makes no such claim. These are research chemicals supplied for in vitro laboratory work. They are not evaluated by Health Canada, they are not therapeutic products, and they are not for human or animal consumption.
