The terms that apply when you order from Vantra.
Eligibility
,You must be of legal age in your province or territory and at least 19, and you must be ordering in a qualified research capacity. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
,Research use
,All products are supplied for in vitro laboratory research only, on the terms of the research use declaration, which forms part of these terms. Nothing supplied is for human or animal consumption.
,Pricing and availability
,Pricing publishes with the first batch release. Prices and availability may change without notice, and listing a compound is not a guarantee of stock. Where a price is shown it is in Canadian dollars and excludes applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.
,Orders and acceptance
,Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it, which we do by dispatching the order or by confirming it in writing. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order we will tell you and refund it.
,Payment
,A payment processor is being finalised and will be named here before it goes live. Until then, orders are requests and we confirm availability and pricing by email.
,Shipping and risk
,Delivery terms are set out on the shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Title passes once payment clears in full.
,Returns
,The returns page governs damaged, incorrect, and unopened items, and forms part of these terms.
,Your responsibilities
,You are responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of the material lawfully and safely, and for any consequence of your use of it. You agree not to administer it to humans or animals, and not to resupply or represent it for such use.
,Limitation of liability
,Products are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specification published for the batch. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product the claim concerns, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
,Governing law
,These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
,Changes
,We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
