Returns

What can be returned, what cannot, and how to report a problem.

What cannot be returned

,

Opened vials and temperature sensitive research material cannot be returned to stock. Once material has left our custody we cannot verify how it was stored, and reselling it would undermine the traceability the rest of this site is built on. This is a limitation we would rather state plainly than bury.

,

Damaged in transit

,

If a vial arrives broken, cracked, or with a compromised seal, email us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the vial. We will replace the item or credit it.

,

Incorrect item

,

If you received a compound, size, or quantity other than what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with the order number and a photograph of the vial label. We will send the correct item and cover return shipping where a return is needed.

,

Unopened and unused

,

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Whether an unopened item can be accepted depends on the compound and how it was stored, so we will tell you honestly rather than promise in advance.

,

Order cancellation

,

An order can be cancelled at no cost until it is packed. After dispatch it falls under the sections above.

,

How to report

,

Email vantrapeptide@proton.me with the order number, what is wrong, and photographs. Keep the packaging until the matter is settled, because carriers sometimes ask to inspect it.
